Are you passionate about Generative AI and excited by the idea of building innovative solutions that help people work smarter every day?

At Criteo, we're looking for an apprentice to join our Internal IT team and contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences through Salesforce Agentforce and Slack AI solutions.

You'll work closely with an experienced Salesforce Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in Generative AI, conversational agents, automation, and enterprise platforms. This is a unique opportunity to learn, experiment, and help deliver AI solutions that have a real impact on employees across our global organization.

Main missions :

Build AI-Powered Solutions

  • Contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.

  • Help build and enhance AI-powered assistants and conversational experiences in Slack.

  • Participate in prompt design, testing, and optimization to improve user experiences.

  • Explore innovative ways to leverage AI to automate processes and simplify everyday work.

Improve and Support Existing Solutions

  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

  • Help create documentation, best practices, and user guides.

  • Support demonstrations and workshops with business teams to showcase new capabilities.

  • Share ideas to drive AI adoption and enhance employee productivity.

Collaborate and Learn

  • Participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and team discussions.

  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, platform administrators, and business stakeholders.

  • Learn from experienced professionals while progressively taking ownership of projects.

Who You Are:

  • You are currently pursuing a Master's degree or are in the final years of an Engineering School program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • You are looking for a 12- to 24-month apprenticeship and can commit for at least one year.

  • You are curious about Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and emerging technologies.

  • You enjoy solving problems and finding practical ways to improve the user experience through technology.

  • You are eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.

  • You enjoy working collaboratively in an international environment and can communicate effectively in English.

Nice to Have

No need to tick every box! We'd love to hear from you if you have experience or interest in some of the following:

  • Salesforce Administration or workflow automation tools.

  • Slack and collaboration platforms.

  • JavaScript, Python, or another programming language.

  • Academic, personal, or professional projects related to AI, automation, chatbots, or data.

  • Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
