What You'll Do:
Criteo is building the world’s leading Commerce Intelligence Platform, and France is where it all started. As Manager, New Business Sales France, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for winning strategic mid-market and enterprise clients while accelerating growth in one of Criteo’s most important markets. This is a leadership role at the intersection of commercial strategy, team development and market influence. You will build a high-performing team, shape Criteo’s growth agenda in France and represent the company with senior clients and industry stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives through clear expectations, accountability and coaching.
- Elevate team capabilities across prospecting, deal strategy, negotiation and consultative selling.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning and high performance.
- Attract, develop and retain top sales talent to support long-term growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the French new business strategy in line with European priorities.
- Focus the team on the highest-impact accounts, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and opportunities to maximize sustainable growth.
- Drive pipeline generation, forecast accuracy and territory effectiveness.
- Personally support strategic opportunities and complex enterprise deals.
Client & Market Leadership
- Build senior relationships with key prospects and act as an executive sponsor on strategic opportunities.
- Position Criteo as a trusted growth partner through insight-led, value-driven engagement.
- Represent Criteo externally through industry events, executive forums and customer engagements.
- Anticipate market trends and customer needs to inform commercial strategy and strengthen Criteo’s market presence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Solutions, Account Management and Agency teams around shared commercial goals.
- Bring customer and market insights to Product and R&D teams to influence innovation and positioning.
- Foster collaboration across the EMEA organization by sharing expertise, best practices and market intelligence.
- Remove organizational barriers and accelerate execution across functions.
Operational Excellence
- Drive disciplined use of CRM, forecasting and performance management practices.
- Use data and insights to improve decision-making, resource allocation, product and go-to-market needs, and results.
- Simplify processes and operating rhythms to improve scalability and execution.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership of high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record delivering ambitious revenue targets in complex, enterprise sales environments.
- Strong experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, Digital Media or Commerce.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring top talent and coaching teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and credibility with senior marketing and business decision-makers.
- Excellent forecasting, pipeline management and commercial operating discipline.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally.
- Data-driven, strategic and action-oriented.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong network and credibility within the French market.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable leading through change.
- Fluent in French and English.
