What You'll Do:
Criteo Retail Media enables retailers to monetize their digital properties by connecting brands with high-intent shoppers close to the point of purchase. As Retail Media continues to scale across Europe, we are expanding our Client Success team to support growth across Benelux & Nordics. Retail Media sits at the intersection of commerce, advertising and data, requiring strong analytical thinking combined with commercial and technical execution.
As a Client Success Manager (6-month fixed term contract), you will manage a portfolio of retail partners across Benelux & Nordics and support the growth and adoption of Criteo’s Retail Media solutions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, focusing on day-to-day execution, performance analysis and client satisfaction. Your tasks will include but are not limited to :
Manage existing relationships with leading retail eCommerce players in Benelux & Nordics market, with the aim of building/growing strong partnerships
Ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yield
Moderate all business discussions with the client with the support of technical, demand or legal teams, around contract, product integration and sales
Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews
Aim to overachieve quarterly business targets
Persevere and think big picture
Play an ongoing role as an evangelist for Retail Media
Who You Are:
Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract until enthe d of December 2026
Fluent in Dutch
Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, eCommerce or performance advertising.
Strong interest in data, analytics and performance-driven business models.
Comfortable working with data and reporting.
Able to interpret performance results and explain them clearly to clients and internal teams.
Structured, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to leverage business acumen to influence commercial decisions.
Confident communicator, comfortable working in an international context.
Team player who collaborates effectively across functions.
