What You'll Do:
We are looking for an Account Strategist to join our Benelux & Nordics commercial team. This is a client-facing, revenue-accountable role. You will manage a portfolio of brands and agencies, running their retail media campaigns across Criteo's platform, growing revenue, and making sure clients get results they can see. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and internal support teams, and report into the regional Head of Retail Media.

Own a book of business across Benelux and Nordics — brands and agencies running retail media campaigns with Criteo. You are accountable for retention and revenue growth.
Run strategic account management end-to-end: forecasting, campaign planning, QBRs, roadmap conversations, and upsell pitches.
Build and maintain Key Account Plans in close collaboration with your Sales Manager, with clear goals, risks, and opportunities mapped out per client.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Criteo's product suite — including new formats, audience products, and off-site extensions.
Lead client business reviews with data-driven performance analysis and clear recommendations. You bring the story, not just the numbers.
Manage your pipeline accurately in Salesforce — renewals, upsells, and new product adoption — so forecasting is reliable.
Work closely with AdOps, Analytics, and Finance to make sure campaigns are set up correctly and run to plan.
Flag and escalate client issues quickly and clearly — internally and with the client. No surprises.
Stay on top of retail media trends across the region: what retailers are building, what brands are investing in, and where Criteo fits.
Build product knowledge through internal relationships with Criteo's product and client service teams, and apply it directly to your accounts
Who You Are:
Solid experience in AdTech, retail media, or digital media — with direct client responsibility and a revenue target attached.
A track record of growing accounts. You know how to spot an upsell/cross-sell opportunity, build a case for it, and close it.
Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable with campaign data, performance metrics, and building a clear narrative from numbers.
Clear communicator — in writing, in meetings, and in front of clients at senior level.
Organized and disciplined pipeline management. You don't let things fall through the cracks.
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment where you need to prioritize and make decisions quickly.
Familiarity with eCommerce, retail, or the wider commerce media landscape is a strong advantage.
Experience working with or alongside agencies (trading desks, specialists) is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
