What You'll Do:

As Associate Account Strategist, you will have a key role in accelerating the revenue growth of self-service clients by advising on the most appropriate strategy for their business and developing a strategic partnership with Criteo.

  • Support SMB clients in the DACH market in setting up the best advertising strategy by leveraging Criteo GO, our new AI-powered, self-service performance platform designed specifically for small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and activation of Criteo GO campaigns, helping them launch cross-channel campaigns across display, video, native, and social in as few as five clicks, and getting the most out of AI-automated budget optimization and creative generation.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a large portfolio of long-tail clients; pitch strategies that leverage GO's full-funnel capabilities (discovery, acquisition, and conversion) to help clients achieve the best possible ROAS.
  • Use a consultative, AI-first approach to assess clients' needs, to propose data-driven, high-impact strategies.
  • Strategically assess clients' challenges and support them in their resolution using a platform-first approach. Partner with the Customer Care Specialist team to deliver excellent end-to-end client experience.
  • Consistently deliver against target while driving adoption of Criteo GO and Criteo's broader AI capabilities within your portfolio. Measure, track, and report on campaign performance; improve results through continuous optimization and innovation.
  • Ensure a quarterly increase in Criteo solutions penetration rate within your portfolio, alongside a high level of client satisfaction with Criteo as a strategic partner.
  • Be part of a multinational team where collaboration, communication, and teamwork are key.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent German speaker (required for the DACH market); strong English proficiency is also expected.
  • Knowledge and experience in display, performance marketing, and full-funnel strategy, with a genuine interest in how AI is transforming digital advertising.
  • Comfortable using and explaining AI-powered tools to clients; curious about emerging technologies and eager to adopt new ways of working.
  • A proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Confident in calling and video-calling clients and pitching strategic solutions by phone; you understand the customer journey and how to influence it.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task across various responsibilities, stakeholders, and topics; strong attention to detail.
  • An ability to receive and provide actionable feedback.
  • A love for working collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguous challenges autonomously.
  • Enjoys thinking outside the box, loves driving results for clients, and has a persistent curiosity for improvement.
  • Open-minded, flexible, positive; constantly curious about how things work and always looking to make them work better.
