Account Strategy Intern

What You'll Do:
- Support the management of campaigns for key clients, partnering closely with the Account Strategist
- Assist with day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, and basic optimizations
- Track performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve results
- Support reporting and help prepare insights for internal and client discussions
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings, learning how to manage communication and strategy
- Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
- Learn Criteo’s products, solutions, and tools, building technical and media knowledge over time
- Work with internal teams (AX, TS, CS, CCS, Product) to support ongoing tasks and requests
- Help organize and manage operational workflows and priorities
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Portuguese and comfortable communicating in English
- Curious and eager to learn, with genuine interest in understanding how and why things work
- Shows ownership: takes responsibility for tasks and follows through on commitments
- Organized and reliable: able to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and keep track of priorities
- Agile with attention to detail: executes tasks efficiently while maintaining quality
- Able to handle multiple small tasks without getting overwhelmed
- Comfortable with a dynamic environment and changing priorities
- Clear and transparent communicator: able to explain what’s been done, what’s in progress, and what’s blocked
- Asks good questions and communicates when unsure, instead of getting stuck
- Proactive attitude: takes initiative, tries to find answers, and contributes where possible
- Demonstrates logical thinking: able to look at data, ask questions, and build basic reasoning
- Willing to learn from mistakes and continuously improve
