You will play a key role in safeguarding platform stability while enabling fast and safe delivery in Agile teams.

You act as a quality gatekeeper, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Release Managers to ensure Salesforce features meet functional, technical, and business expectations.
Your main responsibilities
Define and execute test strategies for Salesforce features and releases
Define and implement comprehensive test plans for complex Salesforce features (including CRM foundations such as roles, permissions, currencies, provisioning), covering the full lifecycle from Pardot/marketing automation to Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Cash.
Design and execute test cases (manual and automated where applicable)
Design meticulous manual and automated test cases that cover core functional logic, edge cases, performance constraints, and non-regression, ensuring sufficient coverage for critical paths.
Validate integrations with external systems (Azure, MuleSoft, BRIM)
Validate critical data flows across our ecosystem, including MuleSoft integrations, and BRIM (SAP) billing synchronization, as well as other upstream/downstream systems when relevant.
Perform regression, integration, and UAT support testing
Orchestrate and execute regression tests to ensure new features don’t break existing logic, perform integration testing across modules and systems, and support business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution, working closely with developers to drive fast and sustainable fixes, and contributing to root cause analyses.

Experience testing Salesforce configurations, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC); exposure to OmniStudio is a plus.
API & Integration Testing: Knowledge of API and integration testing (REST / events), with proficiency in using tools like Postman for REST and streaming APIs.
Integrations: Experience validating integrations with platforms such as Azure, MuleSoft, and SAP BRIM or similar enterprise systems.
QA Tooling: Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and version control (e.g. Git).
