What You'll Do:

Criteo's SSP APAC team is expanding, and we are looking for a SSP Partnership Manager based in India. This role will be the primary point of contact for India market development, with partial coverage across ANZ and SEA markets. You will sit at the intersection of supply development and curation deal operations, working closely with enterprise publishers to grow high-quality inventory supply while activating programmatic deals with third-party DSPs through Criteo's Commerce Grid (CGrid). This is a hands-on commercial and operational role that requires both relationship-building skills and strong deal management execution.

Curation Deal Activation (Primary)

  • Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle: from deal structuring and setting to activation and performance monitoring with programmatic buyers

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operation) to drive deal performance while resolving blockers

  • Build and maintain deal inventory in partnership with DSP trading desks to maximize CGrid curation revenue

Publisher Supply Development (Primary)

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard enterprise publishers in India, with extension into ANZ and SEA markets

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with premium media owners and app developers

  • Lead regular business reviews with publisher partners to grow supply quality, volume, and monetization

Market Development & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Develop a strong understanding of the India digital advertising and programmatic

  • ecosystem, including key local publishers, agency trading desks, and DSP buyers

  • Provide market feedback and insights to the APAC SSP leadership team to inform

  • product and GTM strategy

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong preference for SSP, supply-side, or programmatic operations background

  • Experience in ad sales or business development is highly valued and will be viewed as a strong differentiator

  • Hands-on experience with deal management (PMP, PG, curation deals) and working with DSP/SSP platforms

  • Strong commercial instincts: able to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and close partnerships

  • Deal operations competency: comfortable setting up deals, troubleshooting delivery issues, and interpreting performance data

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across both publishers and internal cross-functional teams
