FP&A Analyst

What You'll Do:
Financial and Business Planning:
Partner with Americas Leadership and Commercial Finance to drive financial performance and deliver against regional targets
Lead end-to-end planning processes (annual plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning) across the Americas region
Translate top-down guidance into actionable plans, working closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders
Align planning activities across Corporate FP&A, Business Planning, and Commercial
Finance teams to ensure consistency and clarity Performance Management & Insights:
Deliver clear, actionable insights on financial performance, including risks and opportunities (R&O), to support decision-making
Analyze monthly results vs. plan/forecast, identify key drivers, and recommend corrective actions to optimize business outcomes
Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
Communicate financial performance and key messages effectively to senior leadership
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Own monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Americas region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and planning processes, including systems and tools enhancements
Lead or support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects to inform business decisions
Who You Are:
6+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or audit within a multinational environment (Big 4 experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of P&L, financial statements, and core accounting principles
Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment
Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills
Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Collaborative and culturally aware, with experience working across international teams
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$84,000 - $105,000
