What You'll Do:

The Internal IT’s End‑User Services (EUS) provides modern tools and services to empower all Criteos. Within EUS, the Digital Workplace team manages device platforms, operating systems, collaboration tools and office IT services.

We are looking for a Senior Device Engineer to strengthen our capabilities in Microsoft Intune, Windows/macOS/Linux endpoint management and security/compliance, aligned with SOC2 and EUS priorities. In this role, you will design, operate and improve our global endpoint management stack in close partnership with security, operations and other IT teams.

Your main mission will be to build and run a secure, reliable and scalable device management platform — centered on Microsoft Intune — for Windows, macOS, and Linux, enabling:

  • Strong security & compliance (via Intune + Defender),

  • Excellent user experience (smooth onboarding, resilient devices),

  • Operational efficiency (automation, observability, clear standards).

Your key responsibilities will be:

Lead Intune & Endpoint Configuration

  • Serve as the primary Intune SME,

  • Build and maintain configuration profiles, security baselines, compliance policies, scripts, and onboarding flows (Autopilot/ABM/enrolment) across all OS platforms.

Drive Device Security & Compliance

  • Partner with Security to enforce the End‑User Devices Security Standard through Intune and Defender,

  • Translate security requirements into policies,

  • Ensure encryption/patching/EDR coverage,

  • Contribute to compliance reporting and remediation plans.

Engineer Automation & Platform Improvements

  • Develop automation for deployments, remediation, and integrations (ServiceNow, internal tools),

  • Provide input on device catalog, OS roadmaps, and security indicators.

Enable Operations & Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with IT Operations to ensure configurations are supportable and well‑documented,

  • Provide L3 expertise for complex endpoint issues and mentor junior engineers and partners.

Who You Are:

Who you are

  • You are an experienced endpoint Engineer with several years managing large fleets of corporate devices using Microsoft Intune,

  • You have a strong understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and ideally Linux from an IT management and security perspective (encryption, patching, OS lifecycle, hardening),

  • You are familiar with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID / Azure AD, conditional access, and modern device security concepts (Zero Trust, posture assessment),

  • You are able to balance security and user experience, designing controls that are robust but practical for engineers and business users.

  • You are fluent in English,

  • You are comfortable working in a global, cross‑functional environment, collaborating with operations, security, Platform, and product teams, and presenting in SteerCos or working groups,

  • You have strong ownership, communication, and documentation skills; you enjoy turning tacit knowledge into clear standards, runbooks and knowledge articles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop / VDI and its integration with Intune and Defender,

  • Previous involvement in SOC2 / security certification programs or similar compliance initiatives,

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (HAM, CMDB, workflows) and integration of Intune data into asset management and reporting.

  • French speaking skills.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
