What You'll Do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven AdOps Team Lead to manage and scale a high-performing trafficking team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign setup and execution across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, team leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Ad Operations specialists responsible for campaign trafficking and set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup including creatives, tags, targeting, tracking, and QA. Review and validate complex campaign setups (e.g., programmatic, video, retail media, rich media

  • Establish and enforce strict QA processes to minimize errors in campaign setup and delivery.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive tasks using tools, scripts, or AI solutions and standardize SOPs, documentation, and best practices across the team

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to address tool limitations and improve workflows

This role is based in Gurugram, IN

AMER Shift (6.30pm - 3.30 am IST)

Who You Are:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Ad Operations, with a strong focus on campaign trafficking

  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced digital advertising environment

  • Hands-on expertise with ad servers, DSPs, and tracking technologies

  • Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, tagging, pixels, and troubleshooting

  • High attention to detail with a strong quality-first mindset

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with global teams (APAC, EMEA, AMER) is a plus
