What You'll Do:

Own how revenue is converted into invoices within SAP BRIM.

You are accountable for the integrity, scalability and reliability of the Convergent Invoicing (CI) layer — where rated and billable items become compliant, reconciled and finance-ready invoices.

You ensure invoice generation is accurate, performant, auditable and trusted by Finance.

Main missions:

  • Act as the CI functional authority within the BRIM landscape.

  • Lead and support SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) implementation projects at Criteo from maturation to Go Live, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP BRIM Modules

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI with SOM/CC and other SAP BRIM Modules

  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on CI Processes, ensuring efficient and effective solution delivery

  • Gather requirements with Finance Teams during Maturation Phase and configure solution accordingly leveraging SAP Best Practices and minimizing Custom Developments

  • Own the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP Convergent Invoicing.

  • Deliver high-quality documentation and training to IIT and Finance team members.

  • Ensure invoice models, bill cycles, consolidation rules and posting logic are scalable and compliant.

  • Secure invoice performance and stability during high-volume invoice runs.

Tasks:

Design and configure invoice processes in SAP CI

  • Bill cycles, invoice grouping and consolidation logic

  • Invoice types, account determination and posting areas

  • Tax calculation integration and compliance handling

  • Invoice formatting and output management

Ensure proper integration between CI and other BRIM modules

  • Convergent Charging (rated items)

  • Convergent Mediation (usage aggregation)

  • Subscription Order Management (contract structure)

  • FI-CA / FI (posting, reconciliation, clearing)

  • Define and validate invoice reconciliation mechanisms between CI and Finance.

  • Monitor and optimize performance of invoice runs, especially for high-volume scenarios (millions of line items).

  • Investigate and resolve billing defects, inconsistencies, and reconciliation gaps.

  • Participate in design workshops to validate billing impacts of new monetization models.

  • Ensure CI configuration follows SAP standard principles and avoids unnecessary custom logic.

  • Support UAT, invoice simulations, cutover validation, and hypercare stabilization.

  • Provide clear impact analysis on cross-module changes affecting invoicing.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, with strong expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI).

  • Solid understanding of SAP FI-CA and FI integration, including posting logic and reconciliation flows.

  • Strong knowledge of tax configuration and invoice compliance requirements.

  • Experience managing high-volume invoice runs and performance-sensitive billing environments.

  • Strong analytical skills, especially in debugging invoice inconsistencies and reconciliation gaps.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Solution Architecture and Delivery teams.

  • Detail-oriented and rigorous — invoices must reconcile and be trusted.

  • Comfortable in Agile delivery environments.

  • Experience working in international and distributed teams (offshore collaboration is a plus).
