What You'll Do:

The Project Manager supports the Workplace Project & Transformation Director in leading global workplace initiatives — from office expansions and refurbishments to return-to-office projects and global standardization efforts.

They are responsible for managing complex, multi-site workplace projects from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, timelines, and budgets.

The Project Manager acts as the key interface between internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Workplace, Security, IT, Finance, HR) and external partners (architects, general contractors, vendors).

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

Lead workplace design and construction projects from concept to completion, across assigned regions or project scales.

Coordinate design development, budgeting, procurement, and construction activities with internal and external teams.

Monitor project performance to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and in line with corporate design and quality standards.

Anticipate risks and propose corrective actions when deviations occur.

Manage vendors and service providers, including architects, general contractors, and consultants.

Governance & Process

Ensure all projects comply with global workplace design standards, H&S, and security policies.

Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation (scope, cost, schedule, risk).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace project processes, tools, and templates.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary project contact for local Workplace Managers and internal business teams.

Communicate proactively with stakeholders and provide clear project updates to leadership.

Partner with the Real Estate and Workplace Operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions.

Financial & Resource Management

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Support the Director in developing annual budget estimates and capital planning.

Ensure efficient resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.

Who You Are:

Experience

7–10 years of experience in workplace project management, corporate real estate, or facilities operations (ideally in a global environment).

Proven track record managing cross-regional projects and complex stakeholder networks.

Solid understanding of design, construction, procurement, workplace operations and project lifecycle management (budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and vendor management).

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Experience in managing external consultants and general contractors.

Skills

Excellent project planning and coordination skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Comfortable navigating complex organizations and balancing multiple priorities.

Fluent in English (French or Spanish a plus).

Proficiency with MS Project / Smartsheet / Asana or similar tools.
