Criteo
What You'll Do:
Join the Core Finance Tribe at the heart of Criteo’s Finance transformation. As our Senior ERP PO Lead Core Finance, you’ll help drive our move from fragmented legacy systems to a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
In this senior role, you’ll blend product leadership, functional expertise, and delivery oversight—shaping the Record‑to‑Report domain, guiding how the tribe operates, and partnering closely with the Tribe Leader. You’ll move fluidly between high‑level strategy and hands‑on problem‑solving across multiple initiatives.
Your main responsibilities :
Product & Functional Leadership
Own and evolve the product vision for R2R and adjacent Finance processes.
Translate business needs into a clear and scalable ERP roadmap.
Ensure solution choices align with business priorities and architecture guidelines.
Act as a senior functional reference for complex Finance topics.
Delivery & Multi‑Project Coordination
Lead several ERP initiatives at once, ensuring alignment and delivery quality.
Coordinate scope across projects, releases, and enhancements.
Anticipate dependencies, risks, and cross‑stream impacts.
Drive solid delivery practices from discovery to deployment.
Stakeholder & Governance
Run or sponsor workshops with Finance teams to refine needs and shape solutions.
Build trusted relationships with senior Finance, IT, and transformation leaders.
Provide clear recommendations and decision‑ready materials.
Contribute to tribe‑level prioritization and operating model discussions.
Solution Quality & Integrator Challenge
Review and challenge designs, configurations, and test strategies.
Promote standard-first use of Oracle capabilities and limit customizations.
Ensure strong functional design, controls, documentation, and end‑to‑end integration.
Run & Evolve Ownership
Lead key enhancements (new entities, accounting rules, reporting, payments, controls).
Support complex production issues and incident resolution.
Ensure the ERP remains scalable and aligned with evolving business needs.
Help strengthen the Run & Evolve model and influence long‑term ERP strategy.
Tribe Leadership
Help shape team structure, product practices, and ways of working.
Support and coach junior Product Owners and functional team members.
Bring perspective, challenge, and maturity to strategic and operational discussions.
Who You Are:
You bring 10+ years of experience in ERP and Finance transformation, ideally in international environments.
You have strong experience with large‑scale ERP programs, ideally on Oracle Fusion Finance.
You are fluent in core Finance processes, especially Record‑to‑Report, and understand dependencies with P2P, O2C, Treasury, and Controlling.
You are comfortable moving between strategic thinking (roadmap, governance) and hands‑on delivery (functional design, integrator challenge).
You have managed or coordinated multiple projects or workstreams in parallel.
You can step back, structure ambiguity, and make sound decisions in fast‑moving contexts.
You know how to challenge constructively while maintaining strong partnerships.
You bring solid understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance (IFRS, SOX, local GAAP).
You value prioritization, simplification, and long‑term product thinking.
You are recognized for your ownership, leadership, communication, and ability to build alignment.
You are fluent in English and comfortable working with both business and IT audiences.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Fixed Assets, Cash Management, or broader P2P processes.
Experience in multi‑country ERP rollouts, including IFRS, local GAAP, and localization needs.
Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud, EPM, or other Oracle SaaS solutions.
Experience with audit, SOX, and ERP security/governance frameworks.
