What You'll Do:
Own how products and subscriptions are structured, sold and evolved over time within SAP BRIM.
You are accountable for the integrity, scalability and consistency of the Subscription Order Management (SOM) layer — where commercial offers become contractual truth.
You ensure subscription lifecycle logic is robust, scalable and cleanly integrated with downstream billing and charging processes.
Main missions:
Act as the SOM functional authority within the BRIM landscape.
Own the end-to-end functional design and configuration of SAP Subscription Order Management.
Model subscription lifecycles (create, change, suspend, renew, cancel) in a scalable and standard-aligned way.
Ensure clean and reliable order flow from SOM to CI and CM, without breaking billing integrity.
Ensure pricing, discount and eligibility rules are configurable, extensible and business-driven.
Stay updated with the industry-leading practices in SOM Module to propose innovations around Contract & Ordering Process (Incl. CPQ integration, Entitlement Management, ...)
Tasks:
Design and configure subscription models in SAP SOM
Analyze customer business processes and requirements, analyze how the SAP SOM module can be leveraged to support those processes effectively.
Design and configure solution within SAP SOM module to meet Criteo requirements (Product Catalog, contract & order management)
Create presentation/workshop decks for Solution Blueprint to be shared with Finance & Sales Admin Teams
Modelization of Product Catalog and Account hierarchies
Streamline the Contract Transcription process for Non Standard Deals
Enable automatic replication and synchronization of Contract / Master Data between Salesforce CRM and SAP BRIM
Working collaboratively with other SAP BRIM Functional and Technical Functional leads, Product Owner to ensure successful delivery of Criteo initiatives
Keeping up to date with the latest SAP SOM functionality and best practices and proactively sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Configure pricing and commercial rules
Pricing procedures and condition techniques
Discount structures and eligibility rules
Campaign and promotional configurations
Proration handling and mid-cycle change logic
Secure integration consistency across BRIM modules:
Responsible for planning & executing SAP BRIM SOM Module Implementation, integration & support
Enable integration of SAP SOM with 3rd party applications (SAP CRM, R&D platforms, 3rd Sales Tax Tools..)
Ensure SOM orders correctly generate billable items for CI
Ensure clean integration with Convergent Mediation (usage scenarios)
Validate impacts on Convergent Charging where relevant
Analyze and prevent downstream billing inconsistencies caused by subscription changes
Participate in new offer design workshops with Product and Sales to ensure scalable implementation in SAP standard.
Ensure subscription logic remains configuration-driven and not pushed into unnecessary ABAP custom code.
Provide impact analysis on commercial model evolutions affecting CI, CM and FI-CA.
Support UAT, contract simulations, cutover validation and hypercare stabilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects related to contract lifecycle or pricing logic.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, with strong expertise in Subscription Order Management (SOM).
Strong expertise in subscription lifecycle modeling and pricing configuration.
Solid understanding of cross-module impacts between SOM, CI, CM, CC and FI-CA.
Strong knowledge of proration, mid-cycle changes and contract modification logic.
Experience supporting Product and Sales teams in launching scalable commercial offers.
Strong analytical skills, especially in diagnosing contract and pricing inconsistencies.
Structured and standard-first mindset — avoiding logic hardcoded in ABAP when configuration can solve it.
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
Experience working in international and distributed teams (offshore collaboration is a plus).
