What You'll Do:

As our Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will be the handson functional expert for the Finance domain throughout our ERP transformation.

You collaborate closely with the Core Finance IT Delivery Lead, providing expert analysis, guidance, and functional leadership, while the Delivery Lead retains overall responsibility for cross‑domain alignment and Finance architecture.

  • During the project: ensure that the integrator delivers a robust, scalable and standardaligned solution, and that business needs are correctly translated into functional configuration.

  • Post–golive: become the owner of the Finance “build” activities, driving enhancements, safeguarding configuration quality, and managing the technical backlog (functional debt, simplification, design guardrails).

Main responsibilities :

Design & Governance

  • Shape the global Finance design across GL, AP, AR, Cash, Tax, Intercompany, SLA.

  • Promote simplicity, standardization, and architectural coherence.

  • Document and justify key functional decisions.

Project Delivery

  • Act as Criteo’s functional counterpart to the integrator.

  • Review/validate functional specs, configuration, data models, and test scenarios.

  • Ensure accurate translation of business needs into Oracle Fusion configuration.

Post–Go‑Live Ownership

  • Own Finance configuration changes (entities, payment formats, accounting rules, tax/localization).

  • Provide L3 expertise and coordinate with Oracle Support and technical teams.

  • Maintain functional documentation and design guidelines.

Quality, Backlog & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage the functional/technical backlog for Finance.

  • Identify complexity, risks, and propose simplification/refactoring.

  • Drive maintainability and internal best practices.

Integrations, Data & Controls

  • Validate Finance integrations (P2P, O2C, banking, payroll, tax).

  • Support data migration reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and local requirements.

Testing & Releases

  • Contribute to SIT/UAT scenarios.

  • Support quarterly updates: impact assessments, testing, feature evaluation.

Innovation

  • Stay current on Oracle Cloud innovations and propose process optimizations.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Owners, BAs, Tech Leads, and Enterprise Architecture.

  • Communicate clearly with Finance teams and support knowledge transfer.

Who You Are:

  • 5–10 years of experience in ERP functional roles (Consultant, Lead Analyst, Functional Expert).

  • Strong hands‑on configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR), ideally including at least one full implementation.

  • Solid understanding of core Finance processes: Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and period close.

  • Awareness of high‑level architecture, with the ability to understand, influence, and contribute to structural design decisions while partnering with the Core Finance IT Delivery Lead, who owns the overall architecture.

  • Proven ability to challenge system integrators and guide the solution toward robust, scalable, and standard‑first designs.

  • Comfort with integration concepts, including APIs, data flows, and data‑migration logic.

  • Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.

  • A hands‑on, curious, and analytical mindset, with a willingness to dive deep into configuration.

Nice to Have :

  • Knowledge of Cash Management, Tax, Intercompany, and Subledger Accounting / Accounting Hub.

  • Experience in multi‑country rollouts, ideally with European localizations.

  • Exposure to Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher) or data‑loading tools (FBDI / ADFdi).

  • Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, Planning, ARCS) and/or Oracle EDM.

  • Prior participation in Quarterly Update cycles.

  • Exposure to US GAAP, SOX, or internal control frameworks.
