Backend Engineer - Go

What You'll Do:
Bidswitch is a high‑scale (processing 8M+ RPS), low‑latency advertising middleware. We are building a new solution for publishers therefore we need more engineers to help us build real-time bidding applications.
You are:
A backend engineer with solid production experience
Proficient in Go (or ready to very quickly operate in it)
Comfortable picking up and using a new scripting language (JavaScript, Lua, or Python) for part of your work
Fluent in Russian and/or English and enjoying working in an international team in Limassol
Who You Are:
Design, implement, and operate backend services in Go (around 80% of your work)
Solve business and operational tasks using a scripting language (JavaScript, Lua, or Python) (around 20% of your work)
Contribute to high‑scale, low‑latency real‑time bidding applications used in Bidswitch
Participate in code reviews, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of service reliability and performance
