What You'll Do:

We are looking for an Account Strategy Intern to support our Retail Media BR team in managing and optimizing digital media campaigns for brand clients. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about media, e‑commerce and data who wants to learn how to turn insights into business results. You will work closely with Account Strategists and Sales Managers to analyze performance, prepare client materials, and help ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs.

  • Support Account Strategists in the setup, monitoring and optimization of Retail Media campaigns (onsite and offsite).
  • Pull, organize and analyze campaign performance data (impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, revenue, etc.).
  • Run monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Help prepare client presentations (business reviews and opportunity analyses)
  • Assist in performing category, product/SKU and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in budget and pacing checks, flagging risks of under/over-delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, analytics) to follow up on client requests and issues.
  • Support day-to-day account management tasks, ensuring documentation and trackers are always up to date.

Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields) with at least 1–2 years until graduation.
  • Strong analytical skills and genuine interest in working with numbers and data.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Basic understanding or strong curiosity about digital marketing, performance media and e‑commerce.
  • English: intermediate or above (comfortable reading reports and writing emails in English).
  • Portuguese: native or fluent.
  • High ownership and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and team-player attitude.
