What You'll Do:
As a Senior Account Strategist, you will lead the strategic success and growth of a portfolio of brand partners within the Canadian Retail Media ecosystem. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them translate business objectives into effective Retail Media strategies while driving measurable performance and revenue impact. You’ll work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver strong client outcomes, deepen partnerships, and unlock new growth opportunities across key retail media platforms.
Own the end-to-end account strategy for assigned clients, developing and executing Retail Media plans aligned to brand goals and retailer dynamics.
Lead quarterly and ongoing strategic discussions with clients, using performance insights and category trends to guide investment decisions and long-term growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, confidently presenting recommendations and helping clients navigate retailer-specific best practices and opportunities.
Drive revenue growth and retention by identifying expansion opportunities, increasing product adoption, and supporting upsell and renewal strategies in partnership with Sales.
Analyze campaign performance to deliver clear, actionable insights, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and translating data into strategic recommendations.
Act as a retail media subject-matter expert, advising clients on evolving retailer capabilities, competitive dynamics, and ways to win within each retail environment.
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, issues are resolved efficiently, and client expectations are met or exceeded.
Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practices, supporting the broader success of the Account Strategy organization.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience managing and growing client relationships in digital media, advertising technology, eCommerce, or a similarly data-driven environment.
A proven ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive results.
Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience supporting revenue growth through retention, expansion, and product adoption. Confidence engaging with client stakeholders, including leading strategic discussions, presenting recommendations, and influencing decision-making.
Experience navigating cross-functional environments and partnering effectively with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.

The Canada base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$90,000In addition to the Canadian base salary, Criteo also provides a $71.00 work from home allowance.
