What You'll Do:

Integrated into the EMEA Technical Solutions team, you will be the technical face of Criteo for prospective and newly signed clients. Your role blends pre-sales consultancy with end-to-end integration ownership: you'll help win deals and then make sure the technology delivers on the promise.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with New Business sales teams to qualify opportunities, create compelling product demonstrations, and deliver technical pitches that build client confidence in Criteo's solutions.

  • Assess clients' technical stack during the sales cycle and translate their business requirements into tangible technical solutions that showcase clear value.

  • Manage the entire client journey from pre-sales technical support through onboarding and integration, to eventual handover to the Technical Account Management team.

Integration & Implementation

  • Own and manage the customer onboarding process from contract signature through to product activation and revenue generation.

  • Plan the integration strategy to minimize time-to-live, and motivate customers to act autonomously to ensure successful deployment of their Criteo campaigns.

  • Test and troubleshoot the client's implementation, providing clear feedback to the client's engineering team.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Coordinate integration and technical tasks across internal teams, working closely with Solution Engineer colleagues to escalate issues, ensure timely delivery, and meet client objectives.

  • Discover and analyze gaps in the customer experience that may lead to customer attrition; work cross-functionally to address them.

Client Education & Enablement

  • Empower clients, partners, and agencies to maximize the value of our platforms by providing tailored education on product features, best practices, and industry trends.

AI & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage AI to speed up solution design, automate routine tasks, and enhance stakeholder interactions.

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies; contribute to improvements in integration methodology and internal tooling.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.

  • You have a passion for problem-solving and take pride in making customers successful.

  • You are consultative by nature, with excellent active listening and communication skills: you lead technical conversations with confidence, ask the right discovery questions, and distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You are proactive and display outstanding personal leadership: you define clear next steps, follow up relentlessly, leave no task unattended, and seek help when needed — learning from every issue solved.

  • You understand the basics of client/server communication and web technologies. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or other programming languages is a strong advantage.

  • You are eager to work with a variety of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Prestashop, etc.) and tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Commanders Act). Experience with mobile app technologies and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role is a plus; a background in online advertising, digital marketing, or a related B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
