Senior Account Strategist Iberia

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Account Strategist, you will manage a portfolio of top-tier Spanish clients, focusing on driving retention, growth, and performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, owning the post-sale relationship and delivering data-driven insights to maximize client success.
Everyday you will:
- Provide top level strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling new products.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level.
- Advise on clients’ digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
- Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue...).
- Create personalized decks and presentations to drive impactful quarterly meetings.
Who You Are:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, in Spanish & English, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise.
- Relevant direct industry experience (minimum 5 years), across performance and branding based digital media.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment.
- Strong organization, time management, project management skills.
- Positive and proactive mindset, willing to challenge yourself learning and consulting about the regular changes across the industry.
- Able to work effectively across functions/teams.
- Detail-orientated.
