What You'll Do:

Join Our Tech Talent Acquisition Team in Bucharest !

Our Tech Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA team in Bucharest.

In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across R&D, Product, and IT teams. You will operate in a truly international environment, supporting hiring across multiple countries, including Romania, Spain, France, Cyprus, and more.

You will also contribute to recruitment improvement projects, helping us continuously evolve the way we attract and hire top tech talent. We already have a strong pipeline of candidates and referrals, and we are looking for someone who is confident in direct sourcing and proactive talent engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and work closely with them throughout the hiring journey.
  • Proactively source candidates using the right tools and explore diverse and innovative talent pools.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, new sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Screen candidates and prepare them for technical interviews.
  • Share knowledge within the team and regularly participate in workshops to exchange insights and best practices.

Who You Are:

  • You have proven experience recruiting for technical roles, such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, SREs, and Product Owners.
  • You have worked in-house, ideally within an international or multicultural environment.
  • You are comfortable working with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • You are fluent in English; Romanian is a strong plus.
  • You understand the value of data-driven recruitment and know how to effectively prioritize and manage your workload.
  • You are curious, proactive, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Above all, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.
