What You'll Do:

  • Advising and educating new clients on the most effective strategies for their businesses and developing strategic partnerships with Criteo.
  • Leveraging the Criteo Commerce Growth platform to help clients implement optimal strategies. Strategically assessing client needs and providing solutions through a platform-first approach.
  • Supporting the DACH sales team by engaging with and showcasing the right strategies for potential high-value clients.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a large client portfolio, pitching tailored strategies, and using a consultative approach to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Ensuring a quarterly increase in the adoption of Criteo solutions within your portfolio while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meeting targets and delivering exceptional client experiences. Measuring, tracking, and reporting on strategy performance, and continuously improving through innovation and optimization.
  • Collaborating with a multinational team where communication and teamwork are essential.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient in German AND English.
  • Experienced in display advertising, performance marketing, and full-funnel strategy initiatives.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in account management
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with client calls / video meetings and adapt at pitching strategic solutions over the phone. You understand the customer journey and how to influence it effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stakeholders, and topics simultaneously, along with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of receiving and providing actionable feedback.
  • Enjoys collaborative work across multiple teams.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, self-driven, and able to navigate ambiguous challenges independently.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving client results and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and positive, with a persistent curiosity about how things work and a drive to enhance processes and outcomes.
