Associate Account Strategist

What You'll Do:
- Leading strategic growth across your book of business while serving as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Drive revenue growth, identify and scale expansion opportunities, and ensure measurable delivery against client KPIs.
- You will own revenue growth, account strategy, and campaign execution.
- Building strategies to upsell Criteo’s product offering to each agency and their clients to help them achieve their goals.
- Hitting quarterly revenue targets for your book of business. Proactively prioritize opportunities within your portfolio to maximize growth.
- Strengthening agency partnerships by delivering solution-focused recommendations aligned to agency and advertiser goals
- Owning the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across bid strategies, budget pacing, targeting, creative, and delivery to meet and exceed advertiser KPIs
- Educating agencies on Criteo’s technology and product offerings
- Owning forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for your book of business.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- This role requires balancing tactical execution with emerging strategic ownership and commercial accountability.
Who You Are:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, campaign management, and a data-driven client-facing environment
- Experience working in a revenue-driven role with exposure to upselling, forecasting, or pipeline management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy
- Ability to manage and prioritize a book of business with revenue targets
- Comfort contributing to strategic conversations while executing at a high tactical level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Motivation to grow into broader strategic ownership and client leadership
- Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients preferred
- Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and optimization tactics preferred

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
