What You'll Do:

  • Managing the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand client business needs, spot growth opportunities, and recommend the right solutions to win client trust and build long-term partnerships.
  • Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews using data to tell a story about Criteo’s impact.
  • Recommend optimizations and address technical issues timely and effectively.
  • Project-Manage technical onboarding to match the client’s strategy goals.
  • Independently coordinate with internal teams across functions to address complex client business needs and generate new best practices.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment
  • Proven experience in managing and growing complex client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients.
  • A Track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company.
  • Ability to articulate the impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimizations toward business goals.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,000 - $105,000
