What You'll Do:

The Daily Manager will act on behalf of Criteo’s Board of Directors to oversee the day-to-day operational, administrative, and regulatory management of Criteo’s Luxembourg entity. This role ensures that Luxembourg operations run efficiently, risks are identified and mitigated, and all requirements related to delegated management functions are fully met.

The main responsibilities are focused around four points:

Day-to-Day Operational Oversight

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the Luxembourg entity across administrative, operational, and support functions.

  • Coordinate with teams in Finance, Legal, People, IT, and Operations to ensure timely execution of local activities.

  • Maintain operational continuity plans and escalate issues where needed.

  • Act as a central point of contact between Luxembourg representatives and global Criteo teams (Legal, Finance, etc.).

  • Support communications to the senior management and the Board of Directors in collaboration with the Corporate Legal Team.

  • Collaborate with auditors, external advisors, and local service providers.

Regulatory & Governance Responsibilities

  • Support the Board of Directors by fulfilling delegated responsibilities.

  • Prepare, track, and maintain required governance documentation, internal reports, and registers.

  • Coordinate regulatory filings, audits and inspections.

  • Monitor compliance with Criteo policies, Luxembourg laws, and regulatory obligations.

Administrative & Corporate Support

  • Oversee local administrative requirements, including office management, corporate filings, and documentation.

  • Ensure proper archiving, document retention, and handling of sensitive information.

  • Facilitate onboarding of new staff in Luxembourg and support HR-related processes when relevant.

Under the daily supervision of SVP Head of Legal and Assistance Corporate Secretary


Who You Are:

In terms of professional requirements and experience, you should be a:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, regulatory management, internal controls, or a similar role within a financial services, technology, or regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of risk management and governance.

  • Previous experience as daily manager is a strong advantage.

  • Prior experience in a global organization preferred.

  • Full time / part-time (at least [3 days] per week).

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of transparency and positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and processes.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of clients within the company.
