Creative Designer Intern

What You'll Do:
As a Creative Design Intern, you will be part of the Creative team supporting specific design requests. This role is designed to give hands-on exposure to performance marketing creatives, real client use cases, and large-scale ad production workflows. You will work closely with experienced designers and stakeholders while learning how digital advertising works at scale.
Support the creation of static and basic dynamic ad creatives for Client campaigns.
Adapt and resize creatives based on predefined templates, brand guidelines, and platform requirements.
Assist in executing high-volume creative requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
Learn and follow Criteo’s design processes, quality standards, and turnaround timelines.
Collaborate with senior designers and coordinators to understand campaign goals and creative expectations.
Use Jira to receive tasks, track progress, and communicate updates.
Perform basic creative quality checks before final delivery.
Explore and experiment with AI-based creative tools under guidance to generate variations and improve efficiency.
Continuously learn about performance marketing, ecommerce advertising, and digital platforms.
This role is based in Gurgaon, India, supporting the EMEA region.
Work hours: 1:30 PM IST – 10:30 PM IST.
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and improve continuously.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Good communication skills in English.
Curiosity about AI tools, automation, and new design technologies is a plus.
Any exposure to motion design, video tools, or online portfolios (college work, personal projects) is an advantage but not mandatory.
