Sales Strategy Analyst Intern

What You'll Do:
As part of the Business Performance Analytics team within Revenue Operations, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable business insights to empower Criteo’s Commercial leaders to build and drive their commercial strategy. You will implement a data-driven approach to uncover insights and explain business performance. This role involves working with large and complex datasets, and requires someone who is comfortable exploring data creatively to identify trends, generate insights, and build a compelling narrative that informs decision-making.
This 6-month internship role will be based out in Barcelona, and starting in March/April 2026.
Your Mission
- Support the production of global business performance overviews to drive in-quarter execution on strategic initiatives. Collaborate with several teams to gather inputs on KPIs to track (Regional Revenue Ops, Strategic Finance, Go To Market, Product, etc)
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives to identify the main drivers of recent company performance, leveraging a combination of existing reports and raw data
- Leverage internal and external data sources to build targeted prospect lists for new solutions and generate overviews of market presence and opportunity
Who You Are:
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or Business
- Fast learner with attention to detail and autonomy with data-related tasks in Excel
- A plus: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Good presentation skills (including PowerPoint expertise) and ability to translate data into business insights & recommendations
- Experience using Generative AI solutions to augment data exploration, automate insights, or generate analytical narratives
- Business acumen and interest for the ad tech industry
- Ability to interact with a variety of teams within the company and foster effective collaboration
- Very good communication skills and fluency in English
