Senior Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion
Criteo
What You'll Do:
Join us at a pivotal moment of transformation 🔄. As our Oracle Fusion Technical Lead, you will join a newly formed team driving the transition from multiple custom finance solutions to a single, global Oracle Fusion Cloud platform ☁️.
You will be part of the Monetize & Core Finance Tribe 💼 within our Internal IT department 🧠, contributing to a high-impact ERP transformation with strong business visibility.
In this hands-on role, you are the technical owner of the Oracle Fusion platform 🔐⚙️. During the project phase, you act as our technical counterpart to the system integrator, reviewing and challenging technical designs—especially around security, SoX compliance, environments, and operations—to ensure the platform is robust, auditable, and sustainable.
After go-live, you take ownership of the live platform, leading run & evolve activities, quarterly updates, security, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives 📈.
This role offers the opportunity to build both the platform and the team 🤝, shape technical standards, and play a key role in a long-term finance transformation.
What you’ll do 🛠️
Act as the technical reference for Oracle Fusion Cloud within Monetize & Core Finance
Own platform governance, security (RBAC), environments, and operational standards 🔐
Lead Oracle Quarterly Update cycles, including release analysis and non-regression testing 🔄
Ensure permanent audit readiness and compliance with SoX / ITGC requirements 📋
Oversee technical operations (ESS jobs, monitoring, performance, L3 incidents) ⚙️
Collaborate closely with integration, architecture, and functional teams to evolve the platform 🌐
Who You Are:
You have at least 7 years of experience in technical ERP administration, ideally on SaaS platforms
-
You bring strong, hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including:
Security & access management (RBAC, user provisioning) 🔐
Environment & pod management (P2T / T2T)
ESS jobs and platform operations ⚙️
You are comfortable working in regulated environments, with a solid understanding of SoX / ITGC and audit practices 📑
You have experience managing application release cycles and coordinating testing activities
You demonstrate a true platform owner mindset: proactive, structured, and eager to dive into complex technical topics
You enjoy collaborating across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 🤝
Experience with integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Oracle PaaS), reporting tools, or automation is a plus.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
