What You'll Do:

Criteo Internal IT is looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to contribute to the development and evolution of our Salesforce platforms supporting Marketing, Sales & Business Operations.
You will join a product-oriented, Agile team and work on business-critical Salesforce capabilities, while developing your technical and functional expertise in a large-scale, integrated Salesforce ecosystem
What You'll Do as Salesforce Developer :
You will contribute to the implementation of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior developers and architects, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with platform standards.
Your main responsibilities
Feature Development & Customization
Technical Build: Design and implement robust solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Modern Tooling: Build and maintain OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards) to support our Media Cloud evolution.
Core CRM: Implement foundation capabilities including user provisioning, complex permission sets, and role hierarchies.
Quality & Platform Stability
Best Practices: Follow Salesforce development standards (clean code, unit testing, documentation).
Code Reviews: Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix defects to ensure a smooth user experience.
Agile Collaboration
Sprint Life: Active participation in all Agile ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprints, Retrospectives).
Technical Discussions: Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.
Technical Skills
Core Dev: Solid understanding of Apex (Triggers, Classes), LWC, and Flow Builder.
OmniStudio: Previous exposure to OmniScripts and DataRaptors is a significant plus (but we will train you!).
Integrations: Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and how Salesforce interacts with external systems.
Familiarity with Git and Copado knowledge is a plus

Proactive mindset: able to raise questions, clarify requirements, and seek feedback early
Comfortable working in distributed Agile teams across time zones
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and adherence to development standards
Reliable in delivering assigned tasks within sprint commitment
Reliability: Ability to deliver assigned tasks within the sprint commitment.
Curiosity: A strong desire to grow within a complex Salesforce stack.

What we expect from you
3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and configuration (Apex, LWC, Omnistudio, APIs).
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and strong exposure to Media Cloud and/or CLM
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD deployment processes.
Experience working in Agile / Product teams (Scrum, Kanban, Spotify-like models)
Ability to drive complex development and promote standard solution
Strong communication skills and ease working in an international, English-speaking environment
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
