IT Delivery Lead - BRIM

What You'll Do:

Own the end-to-end delivery of the SAP BRIM platform and drive predictable outcomes across CI, SOM, CM, CC and Finance. You are accountable for time, scope and quality, ensuring delivery execution enables expected business outcomes and remains aligned with SAP standards and Criteo’s Monetize roadmap.
Main missions:
Own BRIM delivery from demand qualification into delivery through production release (plan, build, test, cutover, hypercare).
Ensure cross-module alignment of the delivery backlog (CI/SOM/CM/CC/FI) and prevent functional silos.
Ensure delivery aligns with architecture guardrails and SAP Best Practices, minimizing customizations.
Control delivery execution through release governance, risk management, and dependency management.
Act as the escalation point across Business, Architecture, and Engineering to secure decisions and unblock execution.
Tasks:
Build and maintain the BRIM delivery roadmap, release calendar, and execution plan.
Coordinate delivery backlog management across modules: intake, refinement, prioritization, sequencing across modules.
Ensure business demand is translated into delivery-ready BRIM scope, in alignment with Product and Architecture (clear outcomes, acceptance criteria, cross-module impacts).
Orchestrate delivery rituals and governance (PI / sprint planning support, RAID, release readiness reviews).
Manage dependencies (BRIM modules, S/4 FI, integrations, data, reporting, security, basis).
Ensure delivery quality through test strategy alignment, UAT readiness, cutover coordination, and go/no-go recommendations.
Monitor and improve delivery velocity, also considering technical debt (challenge scope, enforce “standard-first”, promote re-use).
Ensure smooth cutover and release management (migration readiness, rollback, hypercare, stabilization).
Communicate status clearly to senior stakeholders (progress, risks, trade-offs, decision points).
Who You Are:
8+ years of experience delivering SAP programs in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of SAP BRIM Order-to-Cash (O2C), including cross-module dependencies.
Good understanding of Finance processes, especially O2C.
Solid experience in SAP implementation and application maintenance supporting O2C processes, with strong exposure to SAP BRIM modules including SOM, CI, CC, FI-CA and FI.
Experience coordinating SAP S/4HANA architectures and cloud / non-SAP integrations.
Proven leadership on multi-stream / multi-module SAP deliveries with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in Agile delivery (backlog-driven execution, incremental releases, value-based prioritization).
Strong experience across the full software delivery lifecycle, including implementation, quality assurance, release management, application maintenance and continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to run multiple delivery streams in parallel.
Comfortable saying “no” to unclear scope and driving decisions through data and trade-offs.
Experience working in international and distributed environments, including collaboration with offshored teams (India experience is a plus).
Ideally: previous experience as Offshore Delivery Manager managing a SAP technical and functional teams
