Senior Creative Designer Strategist, South APAC

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Creative Strategist for India, SEA, and Australia, you will lead the development of innovative, data-driven creative strategies that enhance client outcomes through visually compelling banners tailored for their marketing strategies. This role involves thought leadership with deep understanding of our latest solutions and market trends, consultancy skills to shape, pitch and test your proposals in close link with our top clients, and ability to collaborate cross-team and think out-of-the-box. You will not only elevate our creative strategy in the company, you will also influence our product roadmap and marketing narratives and inspire our broader community of experts. The role is based in Gurgaon, India.
Closely connect with our commercial partners and top clients across your markets to understand key business needs and marketing goals for their display campaigns.
Develop and propose scalable creative strategies tailored to them.
Conduct creative strategy review with our top clients through engaging content, demonstrate impact and propose new areas to venture in.
Spread expertise to internal teams on our creative solutions and processes, and shape with them initiatives contributing to higher business impact.
Nurture execution with a first focus on cross-functional collaboration, delegation to our creative hub and educational enablement.
Conduct A/B testing on actual client campaigns to verify and demonstrate impact of your proposals, in a test and learn approach.
Drive innovation by identifying and testing new technologies and formats, collaborating with Product and R&D teams on early testing with our clients, and voicing market needs.
Develop deep understanding of client needs, consumer behaviors, competitor strategies and market trends to shape your strategy.
Act as thought leader and trusted advisor internally and over client meeting, seminars and industry events.
Mentor less experienced members and contribute to expertise building and collaborations, as part of our broader community of experts in and out of the region.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Art or a related field with over 8 years of graphic design experience. Experience in creative strategy, marketing strategy or consultancy is a plus.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative suite, Figma) with a solid understanding of design principles.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience and strategic thinking.
Self-learner, able to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and bring direction.
Comfortable working with data to inform decision-making.
Proven collaboration skills in cross-functional, cross-cultural environments.
Fluent in English.
Experience in digital marketing or working in a technological field is a plus.
