What You'll Do:
The Strategic Finance team’s core mission is to help Criteo make more effective decisions. We aim to build long term company value, and we achieve this by connecting company strategy with world-class
execution, setting up financial goals, understanding and sharing the drivers our business, delivering accurate financial results, all while managing risks and keeping an eye out for opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as trusted advisor to the Americas Leadership Team, balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor. Help set the strategic direction for the business and conduct competitive analysis to provide both offensive and defensive plays to identify opportunities. Shape how strategy is evaluated financially by establishing clear frameworks, insights and executive-level narratives
- Translate strategy into actionable insights to drive profitable, scalable growth
- Act as a connective leader across Finance and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational metrics and financial priorities
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, etc. to ensure consistency of assumptions and metrics.
- Identify, drive and implement transformational business plans across the portfolio, including growth, new markets, M&A and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end FP&A for the Americas organization, including annual planning, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly close variance analysis
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, investment trade-offs, and ROI
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance reviews that drive accountability to customer and financial outcomes
- Assess financial implications of pricing, packaging, discounting and go-to-market motions in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Sales Ops
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Who You Are:
- 10+ years experience working closely with senior leadership
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity
- Successful track record operating, partnering with and influencing exec-level stakeholders
- Excel at solving unstructured problems
- Able to lead cross-functional teams without authority
- Having a Global mindset
Preferred, but not required:
- Strong knowledge of the adtech industry or in any advertising / marketing related business is a plus

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$174,000 - $217,000
