What You'll Do:
Criteo is in search of an organized and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our Monetisation team. You will be responsible to drive revenue growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with retailers, agencies, and brands to deliver high-performing Retail Media Solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. You will also partner with the Account Strategy team to manage and up-sell post-sale communications with our clients.
What you’ll do:
Prospect, pitch, and close new retail media business with brands, agencies, and trading partners across assigned categories and retailers.
Grow platform revenues by positioning Criteo as the preferred Retail Media and Activation partner for retailers and their supplier brands.
Use campaign performance insights to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, partnering with client success teams to grow accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Account Strategy, Operations, Product, and Marketing) to deliver customized proposals and campaign recommendations.
Exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals.
Who You Are:
Graduate with 3 to 6 years of digital ad sales experience. Master/MBA degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of media metrics, programmatic buying, and retail marketing ecosystems.
Exposure to retail media networks, adtech platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a strong track record of sales success
