What You'll Do:

Our team drives the operating model that turns Product strategy into real business outcomes. We operate Programs, Planning, and Operating Practices to move Criteo’s most strategic product initiatives from Idea to Cash - creating structure, clarity, and momentum to enable faster, more consistent execution across functions.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of Program Managers and be accountable for turning Product strategy into execution and outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to align Product-R&D, Go-To-Market, and Sales planning, bringing clarity, structure, and pace to the most strategic product initiatives, from ideation to roll out in all markets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers driving Criteo’s most strategic Product initiatives from strategy to global rollout, ensuring consistency, rigor, and impact across the portfolio.

  • Structure strategic Product initiatives as cross-functional Squads, with clear objectives, scope, success metrics, and aligned DACI across Product, GTM, Commercial, Enablement, and central functions.

  • Own program governance for strategic initiatives, ensuring that risks, dependencies, and action plans are identified and managed by Program Managers, consolidated at portfolio level, and mitigated through cross-functional alignment.

  • Ensure end-to-end execution alignment across Product, Go-To-Market, Commercial, Enablement, and other functions, driving clarity, momentum, and accountability.

  • Partner on the Product planning cycle, connecting strategic roadmap definition with GTM and commercial readiness, prioritization, and sequencing.

  • Act as the primary delivery partner for Product leadership, focused on business outcomes and customer impact - not on R&D delivery

Who You Are:

  • > 10 years of experience in Consulting, Program/Project Management, Business Ops, GTM, or Transformation roles

  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and/or teams

  • Able to bring clarity, structure, and velocity in complex environments

  • Skilled facilitator and communicator – you drive alignment and unblock roadblocks

  • Comfortable working across Product, Finance, Tech, and Commercial orgs

  • Experience in AdTech or Product organizations a plus, but not required

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus but not mandatory
