What You'll Do:
This is a people first leadership role for someone who understands how design drives performance in retail environments, is comfortable working with AI powered tools, and is motivated to innovate and evolve creative ways of working.
Lead and mentor a team of designers working on retail media creatives.
Own creative quality, delivery, and consistency across sponsored ads, product pages, brand pages, and onsite placements.
Partner closely with retail media and performance marketing teams to align creative work with campaign goals.
Drive creative testing and iteration using performance insights such as CTR and conversion signals.
Encourage use of AI and smart tools to improve speed, quality, and creative exploration.
Ensure all creatives are conversion focused while remaining on brand.
Manage multiple briefs, fast timelines, and stakeholder expectations with confidence.
This role requires working EMEA and AMER shifts
Who You Are:
Strong experience in retail media, ecommerce, or performance driven creative roles.
Proven people leadership experience managing or mentoring designers.
Comfortable working with AI powered creative tools and workflows.
Strong innovation mindset with interest in improving creative processes and outputs.
Excellent understanding of conversion focused design principles.
Strong working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to balance brand needs with speed and performance expectations.
Comfortable operating in fast paced, delivery driven environments.
Experience in high volume or scaled creative models.
Understanding of creative performance metrics and testing frameworks.
Basic exposure to motion or animated creative formats.
Experience working with regional or global stakeholders.
Enjoys leading and growing creative teams.
Believes design is a business and commerce driver.
Is curious, innovation motivated, and open to experimenting with new tools and approaches.
Is confident making decisions and owning outcomes.
Thrives in performance led, retail focused environments.
