Senior FP&A Analyst

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will have the responsibility for:
Financial and business planning:
Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Business planning team, Strategic & Commercial Finance etc.) to align end to end planning process and key deliverables
Partnering with Americas Executive Managing Director and his directs reports, Strategic and Finance Commercial Director to deliver financial targets
Communicate and operationalize top-down guidance in strong collaboration with sales and operations teams and the business
Share insightful topline forecast/plan analysis
Financial reporting and analysis:
Lead strategic planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for region
Report and analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions to the management to maximize business performance
Work closely with the Americas team (strategic and commercial finance director, executive managing director of the region) and the Corporate FP&A teams to help understand performance and communicate all finance performance matters related to the sub-region.
Ad-hoc project: including forecast process streamlining or tools improvements
Who You Are:
At least 6 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit or consulting firm (Big 4)
Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure
Ability to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrently
A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude is required; who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast changing and demanding environment.
Agility in data modelling to build insightful financial analysis
Client oriented mind with integrity and solid analytical skills, humble and self-aware
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact and influence senior management level
Fluent in English, other language skills appreciated
International experience with proven ability to work with people from different cultures is a plus
High proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Power Point
Skills on Power BI, Qlick, Tableau or any other data visualization tools is a plus.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$100,000 - $125,000
