What You'll Do:

As Criteo continues to scale and explore new areas of growth, we are seeking someone with strong business acumen and strong analytical skills to take on the LATAM RevOps Business Partner role, as part of the Americas RevOps team.


This is a full-time position, based in Sao Paulo.

Working hand-in hand with the LATAM Leadership Team, you will act as trusted advisor, driving Business Planning and Strategy: including business partnering, quarterly & annual forecasting, growth opportunity sizing, growth-driving insights, segmentation, productivity & coverage model. You will help coordinate all Revenue Operations efforts for this revenue stream and build strong business partnering relationships beyond our team.

The successful candidate will:

Possess strong business acumen, a solid understanding of business planning, ideally with previous experience in advertising technology, e-commerce or enterprise software.

Be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision

Thrive at building long-lasting trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the MD of LATAM to deliver on ambitious growth targets

  • Build relationships with the regional management to become a true business partner

  • Own the business performance for your scope, putting yourself in the VP’s shoes on in-Q financial trends

  • Manage Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Planning processes and surface local challenges to management

  • Build business plans to support key initiatives, investment cases, in line with the company strategy

  • New business: run pipeline meetings, understand pipeline dynamics, analyze market opportunity, strategize the pipeline

  • Drive Segmentation and coverage model within your scope, with the goal of helping Criteo grow efficiently

  • Perform advanced analyses, often under tight deadlines, in order to drive recommendations and support revenue growth in the US

  • Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functions

  • Contribute to compensation strategy

  • Develop strong project management skills to support Criteo’s growth and organizational changes

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Sales Ops/Sales Strategy/Data Analytics or Consulting/Financial planning with increasing responsibilities

  • Strong presentation skills and Business Acumen required

  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders

  • Ability to translate data into business insights & recommendation, ideally with some usage of AI

  • Analytical, highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic

  • Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Skills/Expertise essential
