What You'll Do:
As Criteo continues to scale and explore new areas of growth, we are seeking someone with strong business acumen combined with strong analytical skills to take on the AMS Business Insights role, as part of the Americas RevOps team.
This is a full-time position, based in the Sao Paulo.
The Business Insights Analyst will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Commercial teams. You’ll partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to surface insights, optimize performance, and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and operations—ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact.
The successful candidate will:
Be highly analytical and data-driven, with an outstanding ability to work with large datasets and reporting
Possess strong business acumen, a solid understanding of business planning & opportunity sizing, ideally with previous experience in advertising technology, e-commerce or enterprise software.

What You’ll Do
Assess existing reporting and data
Based on thorough pro-active analysis, build a scalable process to identify & size & take action on opportunities at Vertical, Segment, Brand, Retailer and Category level. Opportunities include net new brands, market penetration, cross-selling across Retailers, and upselling.
Drive regular cadence through pipeline reviews to measure progress, leveraging internal tools such as Salesforce, and partnering with the Retail Media Sales Strategy Business Partner
Create visibility, alignment and collaboration between Supply & Demand teams, removing siloes
Contribute to demand action plans per Vertical and Retailer
Partner with the Retail Media Sales Strategy Business Partner on the opportunity & sizing to feed quarterly forecasting, annual planning and close-the-gap initiatives
Feed the Global Reporting Roadmap with reporting & reporting consolidation needs
Ad-Hoc analysis
Who You Are:
4-5 years of work experience in RevOps/SalesOps/Data Analytics or Consulting/Financial planning with increasing responsibilities
Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights & recommendation
Strong SQL skills and experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Sigma, etc.).
Comfort working with CRM data (Salesforce strongly preferred).
Experience using AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, or generate insights.
Ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of GTM funnels, SaaS metrics, and revenue-centric KPIs.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong presentation skills and Business Acumen required
Excellent Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Skills/Expertise essential, advanced knowledge of SQL a strong plus
Experience preferred in AdTech, Consulting, FP&A, Sales Operations, Start-Up
