What You'll Do:

As part of the South Korea Technical Solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping new customers successfully adopt Criteo. You will focus exclusively on onboarding new business—from signed contract to technical go-live—while existing customers are supported by our Technical Solution Engineers.

Your mission is to assess each client’s technical environment, define the optimal integration path, and guide them through a smooth and timely onboarding. You will collaborate closely with Sales during the prospecting and commitment stages, ensuring a seamless handover into integration and activation.

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for all new customers, from commitment to product activation.

  • Plan the integration strategy to minimize onboarding duration while maintaining high implementation quality.

  • Serve as the client’s primary technical point of contact during onboarding.

  • Motivate clients to progress autonomously by providing clear documentation, timelines, and expectations.

  • Test and validate the client’s implementation, offering actionable feedback to engineering teams on the client side.

  • Work closely with Technical Solution Engineers to escalate custom or complex technical issues and follow through to resolution.

  • Work closely with agencies, providing technical guidance and coordination to ensure seamless integration

  • Partner with Sales to support technical validation during pre-sales and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.

  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's industry and business model, translating business requirements into technical solutions that support a smooth onboarding process.

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken.

  • Passionate about solving problems and driving customer success.

  • Strong communicator with excellent active listening skills.

  • Understanding of basic client/server concepts and web technologies.

  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other programming languages is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Android/iOS environments is advantageous.

  • Experience in B2B technical support, onboarding, or implementation preferred.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and able to drive customers and internal teams toward clear next steps.

  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to continuously learn in areas such as web/app integrations, Ecommerce Platforms (ECP), and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP).
