ERPM Consolidation & Intercompany Flow Business Analyst

What You'll Do:
As an EPM Consolidation & Intercompany Flow IT Business Analyst, you will serve as the key interface between Criteo’s business teams (Finance, Accounting, Intercompany, Tax & consolidation) and the IT organization, across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms. Your mission is to capture, structure, and translate business needs into actionable system evolutions, ensuring alignment with the Oracle Fusion Core Model, internal IT standards, and the ERP/EPM roadmap. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Tech Lead and System Integrator to ensure that proposed changes are properly understood, qualified, and implemented in line with design and governance principles.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Project Onboarding & Integrator Oversight
• Join as a full member of the IIT team during the ERP/EPM implementation project, with a mandate to challenge integrator’s proposal—both in alignment with the core model and in maintainability for future operations.
Business Partnering & Requirements
• Position as primary IT counterpart for business process owners
• Lead workshops to capture needs and pain points; challenge demands to align with Core Model and Oracle best practices.
• Translate needs into clear, testable requirements and drive prioritization with business & IIT.
Functional Design & Validation
• Convert requirements into functional specifications aligned with Oracle Fusion/EPM capabilities.
• Align impacts with Tech Lead & Solution Architects (data, integrations, security, reporting) and integrators’ approach/estimates.
• Review design/configuration and validate via test cases and signoffs.
Delivery, UAT & Release Readiness
• Manage change delivery: impact assessment, test planning, UAT support, and defect triage.
• Ensure requirements-to-tests-to-production traceability.
• Participate in release reviews and confirm readiness before deployment.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure the maintenance of a transparent backlog with Product Owners and up-to-date documentation.
• Contribute to Core Model governance; ensure SOX/audit/tax compliance.
• Leverage quarterly releases/Redwood UX/AI; champion standardization and automation.
Cross Stream Collaboration & Knowledge
• Partner with Product Owner, Tech Lead & Solution Architect for end-to-end coherence.
• Coordinate with adjacent IT streams and Finance/Tax/Accounting on cross functional impacts.
• Promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years’ experience in ERP/EPM functional analysis or business process consulting.
- Strong understanding of Consolidation business processes, including Intercompany management
- Proven ability to translate business needs into system evolutions and challenge requests.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms.
- Strong accounting and compliance knowledge (SOX, audit, tax).
- Experience in consolidation rules configuration, scripts, modeling.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience in multinational organizations and multi-GAAP environments.
- Exposure to consolidation and tax reporting processes.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Oracle Analytics, Power BI).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View.
- Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX and quarterly release cycles.
- Prior exposure to integration topics (OIC, API, middleware) or data migration.
- Knowledge of Agile/hybrid delivery practices (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.).
