Financial Consolidation System Process Owner | Oracle EPM
Criteo
What You'll Do:
Criteo is looking for a proactive Oracle EPM Product Owner (FCCS focus) to lead the migration from SAP-BFC to Oracle FCCS and help shape the evolution of our Oracle EPM Cloud landscape.
Embedded within the Consolidation team and working in close partnership with Finance and IT, you will play a key role in defining how Oracle EPM is implemented to maximize business value. You will translate finance needs into scalable EPM solutions that enhance consolidation, reconciliation, and data governance processes — supporting our broader finance transformation goals and helping Criteo get the most out of this critical implementation.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Stability and timely adoption of Oracle FCCS and related EPM modules.
- Effective prioritization and delivery of system enhancements aligned with Finance Transformation objectives.
- Ensure “must-haves” are tracked and implemented, resulting in reduction in consolidation and close cycle times.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the migration from SAP-BFC to Oracle FCCS, including process documentation, design workshops, and solution configuration.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee the configuration, deployment, and continuous enhancement of the FCCS platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Oracle FCCS within the Consolidation team.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and external experts to define functional and technical requirements across consolidation, reconciliation (ARCS), and metadata governance (EDMCS).
- Design and refine data models, consolidation logic, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle FCCS, ERP systems, and other data sources to drive data integrity and automation.
- Lead configuration, scripting, and automation of consolidation and close workflows.
- Support testing, training, and change-management activities during and after implementation.
- Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and release cycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with Finance Transformation objectives.
- Stay current on Oracle EPM Cloud updates and industry best practices to inform platform strategy and innovation.
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (advanced certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience with EPM tools — ideally Oracle FCCS, with exposure to other EPM Cloud modules (ARCS, EDMCS, PBCS, PCMCS).
- Proven experience in EPM implementations, particularly in financial consolidation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP / IFRS, consolidation principles, and group reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with data and analytics initiatives to enhance Record-to-Report processes (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of integration points with upstream accounting processes (AP, AR, intercompany, bank).
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Rigorous, proactive, and innovative — comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
