What You'll Do:

As a Finance Change management Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and smooth adoption by Criteo employees of changes resulting from program ARCH, a major transformation initiative aiming at modernizing Criteo Core Finance processes and systems (Accounting, Consolidation, FP&A). You will act as Change management leader for the program, driving change efforts leveraging Criteo Change Model methodology and guidelines. You will provide support to Finance Owners, Program director and Project Managers in integrating change management activities into the project plans. In this context, you will be working with various teams located in all regions, with a larger finance team footprint in Barcelona and Paris. You will report to the Director of Finance Project office, who belongs to Finance Transformation department. This position will own the design, execution, and success measurement of the change management plan of the Arch Project.



Further details on what you will do

  • Build change management project plans in order to ensure on time execution of the deliverables and define key Change management KPIs to measure success throughout the phases of this program.

  • Partnering with ARCH Project managers, Finance Managers and HR Business Partners when needed.

  • Execute a Stakeholder mapping and assessment to identify all areas impacted, including their level of impact, and also identifying the leadership stakeholders acting as Sponsors

  • Ensure regular reporting to Arch program management and raise any risks and roadblocks

  • Create a Change Network by building and running a network of change champions / super users across locations and teams, with a specific role and responsibilities defined and ensure alignment with Managers to secure their availability in the program.

  • Maintain the Arch Portal (internal only), and update with relevant and key information, ensuring the proper communication plan.

  • Perform impact assessment to identify changes on people, processes, tools, data, raising the associated risks of change implementation and mitigation plans with relevant teams/stakeholders

  • Design and execute a dedicated Communication Strategy in partnership with Finance owners and Project managers.

  • Facilitate the implementation of change as per the impact assessment previously performed: identify new skills & behaviors required, redesign jobs, roles & org, develop talents & skills.

  • Design, coordinate and track training plans for all impacted audiences: define learning objectives, content, formats and timelines; orchestrate delivery with SMEs and trainers; and establish clear success metrics to monitor effectiveness and continuously improve the training approach.

  • Implement readiness strategy beyond training sessions: readiness checks, surveys, listening sessions, open hours, FAQ management, etc.

  • Measure the success/impact of change management and specifically overall adoption of changes by employees

Who You Are:

  • Fully fluent English (spoken and written)

  • 5+ years of experience with participating or leading organizational changes, process, tools

  • Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies

  • Comfort to navigate within Finance profiles and processes in a large IS (ERP + EPM) implementation program

  • Excellent Project management skills, organization (multi-tasking) and time management

  • Strong capacity to engage stakeholders and create relationships face to face and virtually

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mostly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to engage all levels of the organization from end user to senior leader
