What You'll Do:

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to be a key player in our Digital Marketing efforts. This role is all about managing Paid Ads campaigns and engaging effectively with internal stakeholders. It's a dynamic position that involves crafting multi-channel media plans that span across paid social, display, video, SEM and ABM tactics. You'll be part of the Performance Marketing team, responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts, focusing on creating awareness and fostering loyalty among our prospects and customers.

  • Campaign Management: Own the implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring successful delivery from inception to analysis.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide comprehensive analytics reporting across all stages of the marketing funnel, with a focus on acquisition data.

  • Strategic Planning: Identify and employ the most effective channels for building awareness, consideration, and loyalty among prospects and customers.

  • Technical Expertise: Implement and manage campaigns across paid social, display, native, video, SEM and ABM tactics.

  • Operational Excellence: Provide operational, efficient, and accurate campaign delivery recommendations, leading on execution, reporting and optimizations.

  • Innovation and Growth: Continuously explore new strategies and solutions to drive revenue and results expansion.

Who You Are:

  • Significant marketing experience (owning independently digital marketing campaigns) or related field, with a proven track record in delivering measurable results from marketing campaigns.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in paid social, display networks, Google Ads, and publisher platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: High level of analytical and organisational skills, with a strong ability to work with numbers.

  • Soft skills: Excellent communication, experienced working with various seniority of stakeholders and project management skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree, Analytics background is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement. Experienced in working in tech companies, comfortable with ambiguity and high-paced work.
