What You'll Do:

Commerce Grid(Global SSP) harnesses the power of commerce to maximize

media owner revenue, amplify advertiser outcomes, and help retailers unlock the
true value of their shopper data.
As a CGrid Activation Manager, you will operate and scale programmatic trading
across:

  • Publisher partnerships (Web/App/Video, CTV)

  • Local & global DSP partners

  • Private Marketplace (PMP) operations

  • Traffic quality management and technical troubleshooting


Responsibilities
1) Operate CGrid SSP (Publisher partnership)

  • Manage and optimize supply across web/app/CTV publishers

  • Monitor traffic quality

  • Support onboarding

  • Provide data-driven optimization and yield improvement plans


2) Manage DSP Partnerships

  • Support trading with local DSP partners

  • Analyze DSP performance and propose optimization strategies

3) Operate and Optimize PMP Deals

  • Plan and activate PMP deals for local DSPs, and global DSPs

  • Manage deal creation

  • Analyze deal performance and drive incremental revenue

4) Troubleshoot Technical & Operational Issues

  • Collaborate with global Product, R&D, Ops teams to resolve issues

  • Provide reporting and insights to partners

5) Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with APAC supply/demand teams and global technical teams

  • Participate in new product/feature rollouts and provide feedback

Who You Are:

  • 5 years of experience in publisher partnership, programmatic trading or

  • media owner monetization

  • Strong understanding of SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange, RTB, auction logic

  • Familiarity with technical concepts

  • Business-level English communication
