Senior Account Strategist Travel

What You'll Do:
As a Mid/Senior Account Strategist, you’ll partner with one of the world’s leading travel brands to help them achieve their business objectives through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving growth through strategic recommendations, campaign optimisations, and deeper adoption of Criteo’s solutions.
You’ll work closely with internal teams - including Client Partner, Campaign Managers, Ops - to execute the account plan and deliver insightful reporting. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, where success is measured by revenue growth, client satisfaction, and your ability to unlock new opportunities.
What will you be doing?
- Provide top level strategic account management to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients’ stakeholders.
- Advise on digital strategy and educate the client on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices.
- Optimise campaigns to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client goals are reached (iROI, iROAS, Revenue...).
- Create customised decks and presentations for impactful quarterly meetings and long-term planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team (Client Partner, Technical Solutions, Creative Services, Data Science, etc) to ensure alignment and exceptional service.
Who You Are:
- Relevant industry experience, across performance and branding based digital media; travel industry experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge yourself and grow.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; experience with incrementality testing is a plus.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-orientated with a keen focus on precision.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
