What You'll Do:
AI is everywhere at Criteo, enabling Criteo brands partners 4.2 Bn products reach 700m users with state-of-the art modelling. The Criteo AI Product team anticipates the evolution of Criteo’s AI capabilities to capture the full potential of AI innovations and ensure those capabilities can scale across the full Criteo product offering. In particular, the Criteo AI product team owns the AI platform product, used by Criteo’s 130+ engineers and researchers to build and operate AI models. The AI platform encompasses foundation models, the in-house built ML/Ops platform and distribution channels. As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will:
· Closely work with R&D teams to discover their key needs and upgrade the AI platform vision accordingly
· Closely work with your product peers to understand commercial solutions and research initiatives and derive from them the necessary AI platform evolutions
· Stay on top of latest AI innovations in ML/Ops and model distribution for efficient training, inference and distribution of AI models
· Partner with Product Solutions, Commercial, Product Marketing and Partnership teams to engage with clients from proof-of-concept stage to general availability on model-level collaboration opportunities
· Relentlessly evangelize the AI Product vision internally in All Hands, trainings, etc…
Who You Are:
+ 7 years experience in a Tech Company with a solid experience in a Product Management role
· Fluent English
· Strong understanding of AI technologies, down to model training/inference level
· Strong appetite for driving internal platform products
· Proficient at using data to assess opportunity and influence decision makers
· Strong experience interacting with Engineering teams from product kick-off to shipping
· Product and/or engineering practice of development life cycle and agile methodology
· Drive fast-paced collaboration in global & hybrid workplace
· Ability to cross organizational boundaries to meet delivery deadlines
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
· Exercise judgment to detect trends vs hype cycles
· Engineering or business degree
