Sales Compensation Analyst

What You'll Do:
As part of the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and CSF&O (Compensation, Strategic Finance & Operations) organization within Criteo, the Global Sales Compensation team works on improving, scaling and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes & tools, as well as designing and implementing Sales Compensation strategy for the whole commercial team. The team acts as a Business Partner for the Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations and participates in key Sales & Operations projects, partnering with other global teams (FP&A, IT, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations).
What You’ll Do:
In-depth analysis and controls for achievement guidelines based on compensation plans
Override analysis in Anaplan, enabling Sales Ops/CS education; ensuring auditing requirements are met
Support alignment of sales performance tracking in Power BI and achievements calculations - Achievement tracker calculation guidelines review and alignment with Anaplan based on defined business rules; ensuring sales teams reporting view is in line with compensation crediting and plan rules
Support compensation plan effectiveness analysis
Sales bonus achievement administration support by performing data quality checks, performance analysis, reporting and related calculations

Engage in quarterly sales compensation processes:
- Compensation plan analysis by role
- Achievement correction management: tracking and reporting on sales bonus corrections and exceptions Support automation and data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool – Anaplan
Consolidate Planning and Sales Compensation updates and follow-up actions for key team meetings
Who You Are:
Bachelor degree within Finance, Analytics, or Business Administration
Experience in Sales Compensation/Sales Operations and Compensation structures
Experience working across large sales teams, within a global and fast-paced environment
Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English)
Great communication, negotiations and conflict-resolution skills
Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
Fast and enthusiastic learner
Used to deal with large sets of data & numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus)
Critical and innovative thinking
