Senior Sales Manager

What You'll Do:
acquisition of new clients and growing our relationships with key advertisers and
agencies. With a portfolio focused on some of the largest and most recognizable
brands in Consumer Electronics, B2C, Household Appliances, Tools, & Apparel, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, foster high-level client relationships, and champion Criteo’s retail media solutions in a dynamic, data-driven environment. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented, digitally savvy sales leader with deep expertise in advertising, ecommerce, or retail media.
New Business Development
- Own and close a defined list of major new business prospects.
- Prospect and build new relationships with brands and agencies across multiple channels
- Lead multi-product sales cycles from initiation to close.
- Promote and position new Criteo products in-market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts to ensure client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Deliver consultative support and identify upsell opportunities across Criteo’s retail media solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and accurately forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
- Lead joint business planning and growth strategy sessions with key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations—from CMOs to Brand Managers.
- Represent Criteo at industry events and network to strengthen client and agency partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing retail media insights and campaign best practices.
- Leverage campaign performance data and industry trends to optimize client strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients are fully leveraging Criteo’s capabilities.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Strategy, Analytics, Account Strategy) to align on client goals.
- Stay up to date on Criteo’s offerings and contribute to team culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Who You Are:
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and securing new business.
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, ecommerce, programmatic, or retail media sales.
- Strong network and established relationships in the Consumer Electronics and CPG verticals in Canada.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian advertising and retail media landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into client value.
- Organized self-starter with strong CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
