Senior Account Strategist

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Account Strategist at Criteo, you will play a key role in driving measurable growth and strategic success for our top advertisers and agency partners.
You’ll own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients — from performance optimization to long-term strategic planning — while collaborating closely with Account Executives, cross-functional experts, and your Team Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with consultative partnership skills and a passion for delivering client impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Manage a portfolio of advertisers and agency partners, ensuring campaign success, retention, and long-term growth.
Develop and execute strategic business plans in partnership with Agency managers to drive incremental budgets, upsell new solutions, and strengthen account health.
Serve as a trusted consultant to clients on digital strategy, advising on how to leverage Criteo’s technology and products to achieve business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Analysis, Product, Technical Solutions, Ad Ops, and Marketing to deliver scalable growth and operational excellence.
Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify actionable insights and customized optimization strategies at the account level.
Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion, performance improvement, and adoption of new Criteo products or features.
Support the development and rollout of best practices and new processes to enhance Criteo’s service and operational efficiency.
Create tailored proposals and deliver impactful presentations to clients during regular business reviews.
Contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen account management excellence, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Act as the voice of your clients internally, providing feedback that influences product innovation and service enhancement.
Who You Are:
8+ years of experience in Account Management, Media Planning, or Performance Marketing within the AdTech or Digital Media industry.
Experience with Commerce or Brand verticals, or within agencies, is highly preferred.
Proven success in managing complex client portfolios and delivering measurable business results through data-driven strategy and consultative partnership.
Strong understanding of digital advertising operations, campaign optimization, and sales strategy, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Highly collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented — you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace challenges, and take ownership to drive impact.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both agency partners and clients at all levels.
Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to tell a compelling story.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, support peers, and contribute to collective success.
BA/BS university degree
Native in Korean, Fluent in English
